Merellino celebrates handmade craftsmanship and the nobility of olive wood through functional and decorative pieces. As 5 Sens Advertising, we worked to showcase the products, demonstrate their everyday usefulness, and build strong brand consistency through warm, desirable visual storytelling.
Objectives:
Increase visibility of the collections and the artisanal universe.
Highlight usage benefits through lifestyle scenes (kitchen, tableware, shared moments).
Drive traffic to the online store and stimulate purchase intent.
Build an engaged community around a responsible and premium lifestyle.
Strategy
1) Building an engaged digital identity — Visual guidelines
A premium and warm visual territory.
Branding:
We structured the visual identity around the product DNA—handmade craftsmanship and high quality—so the “Hand Made / High Quality” promise is immediately clear.
3) Social media management (Instagram & Facebook):
An editorial grid alternating product hero posts / lifestyle scenes / material close-ups / care tips.
4) Posting schedule:
3 posts per week, synchronized with new arrivals, seasons, and key moments (holidays, gifting periods, back-to-school).
Result:
A consistent, premium, and warm social presence that highlights the material, demonstrates real-life usage, and strengthens the desirability of Merellino pieces—while making the journey from social media to the online store smoother and more effective.
To achieve these objectives, a comprehensive digital strategy was implemented:
Editorial and visual identity:
Development of brand guidelines aligned with the brand’s premium positioning, defining the color palette, typography, iconography, photography style, and multi-channel application rules.
Content planning and creation:
Photo and video production showcasing the pieces, including “table art” storytelling, product staging, and demonstrations of everyday use.
Platform management and community engagement:
Regular posting on Facebook and Instagram to maximize reach, along with proactive moderation and fast replies to messages and comments to maintain continuous interaction with the community.
Advertising and sponsoring:
Targeted campaigns to increase visibility, expand the audience, and attract new customers on Facebook and Instagram.
