Souk Jedid is a 100% Tunisian marketplace that enables both individuals and businesses to sell, rent, or offer services online through free listings with no commission. With the option to create an online shop, Souk Jedid gives everyone the opportunity to grow their activity locally in a simple, fast, and secure way.
To support the platform’s growth, 5 Sens Advertising managed Souk Jedid’s Facebook and Instagram accounts with a dual objective:
Attract new sellers and encourage them to post their products, services, or rental offers.
Stimulate buyer interest by showcasing available offers and driving traffic to the website.
Strategy:
Defining the editorial and visual identity:
We built a colorful, dynamic, and accessible social identity, consistent with the marketplace spirit.
Content planning and creation:
We structured the content around several recurring themes to speak to both sellers and buyers:
Showcasing available offers (products, services, rentals).
Visual scenarios tailored to the most in-demand categories (real estate, vehicles, electronics, jobs, etc.).
Platform management and community engagement:
We ensure a regular presence on Facebook and Instagram with a consistent posting rhythm.
We also manage community engagement by responding to messages and comments.
Objective: build trust, simplify platform usage, and increase the volume of published listings.
