Dkaika Marketing 2.0 قالو إلي جماعة المركتينق إبيعو في الريح للمراكب…
Marketers sell empty promises.
It is not true, because those who say that do not understand the purpose of marketing within a company.
First
If you have a product and you cannot reach consumers with it, marketing is one of the solutions that can help you do so. Marketing helps make your product known to the people who need it.
Second
Marketing enables your brand to become strong and to position itself in relation to other brands in the market. If you do not identify what sets you apart, you will naturally end up blending into the mass of existing brands on the market. In that case, you need to find what differentiates you from others. What do you offer the consumer that is more? What added value do you bring to the consumer? That is what makes people choose you rather than someone else.
The most important aspect of marketing is what is known as customer retention. By offering a product that meets people’s needs, the consumer will naturally be satisfied and loyal to your product.
Many people say they will sell and let fate take its course. But if you sell and, on the other side, consumers stop buying your product, you will spend your entire day looking for new customers while constantly losing the old ones. It is better to have good customers and try to keep them than to generate sales from customers who are not loyal.
